Customer Reviews
Smooth order for G20 keycaps
My recent order for a G20 Profile Keycap set was pretty straightforward. The website was easy to navigate, and finding the specific profile I wanted wasn't an issue. I placed the order on a Monday, and it shipped out by Wednesday, arriving the following Monday. The keycaps were securely packed in a box, no damage or missing pieces. The legends are sharp, and the plastic feels durable. I also grabbed a keycap puller, which was a good quality metal one. Had no need to contact support, so I can't speak to that, but the self-service experience was good. They fit my Cherry MX switches perfectly.
Absolutely love my new keycaps!
Got the Carbon Keycap Set and they are incredible! The colors are so vibrant and they feel amazing to type on. I was so excited when they arrived, and they shipped really fast too. Definitely shopping here again for my next keyboard build. These keycaps completely transformed my setup. My friends are going to hear all about this site!
Consistent quality, keep coming back
This was my third order from Pimpmykeyboard. I've previously bought SA and DSA sets, and this time I went for some Novelty Keycaps. Their quality is consistently high, which is why I keep returning. The keycaps always feel great and the legends are always crisp. Shipping times have been reliable too; usually about a week to the East Coast. Never had any issues with compatibility on my Cherry MX boards. It's a dependable source for custom keycaps.
Good value for SA profile
I was looking for some SA Profile Keycaps and stumbled upon Pimpmykeyboard. Their prices seemed reasonable compared to other sites, especially for a full set. I managed to get a set on sale during a holiday event, which made the purchase even better. Shipping took about a week to get to me in California, which was fine. Overall, I feel like I got good value for my money and the quality is solid.
Decent caps, minor shipping delay
I bought a set of DCS Profile Keycaps. The quality of the caps themselves is quite good, and they feel nice. They were well-packaged. However, shipping took a bit longer than I expected, around 10 days to reach me in Texas, which was a minor inconvenience. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, though. Overall, a positive experience, but shipping could be a touch faster.
Quick shipping, solid DSA set
Ordered a DSA Profile Keycap set. Shipped fast. Arrived as described. Good quality. Fit my keyboard perfectly.

Can you use more than one discount code on an order? Got a newsletter one and saw something else pop up.
Hey, thinking of grabbing one of those keycap grab bags. How often do those sales happen? Don't wanna miss it if it's rare.
What's their return policy like? In case I get a set and it doesn't quite match my setup.
anyone know how long shipping takes from pimpmykeyboard? I'm in NYC and kinda impatient lol.
Are these guys legit? Like, are their keycaps good quality? I've mostly bought from Drop before, wondering how PMK compares.
